Prevention better than cure
There is news of widespread of swineflu specifically in cosmopolitans of mumbai, pune, nasic, thane etc.
Every day for the last 15 days we hear news on this topic and reports of around 14 people dead with sufferings of swine flu are shown.
Now may be in the larger prespective Govt may not call this an epidemic but all those who have lost their lives have lost.
May The almighty bestow peace on these souls. This Virus spreads mainly through coughing or sneezing and people touching with hands those are already infuenced with this virus.In short it spreads through the mouth and nose.The swine flu in humans is most contagious during the first five days of the illness although some people, most commonly children, can remain contagious for up to ten days.It can be said or there is no proof read by me that it spreads through the food particles.
Samples collected in the first five days display the virus prominently but children may suffer for 8 to 10days.
Washing of hands with soap and water, disinfecting the surrounding, covering the nose and mouth whenever somebody sneezes around and ofcourse it is the duty of such a patient to sneeze with a nose and mouth covering At present avoid large gathering, and see that as soon as one suffers any symptoms of flu that the local physician is consulted.
